Benjie is a Civil Engineer and has been around the construction industry since 1997 same year he became a Registered Civil Engineer and placed fourth in the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam.
When he joined EEB in 2001, the Company is beginning to build a name with only a team consisting of ten (10) technical staff and barely with a project. However, Benjie is not to be baffled by such an adverse difficulty; with a fortunate and timely change in EEB Management, Benjie took the challenge to make the Company competitive in the market. Together with his team of young and highly skilled professionals, they all bring their job performance to the next level to painstakingly improve the Company’s lacklustre performance and bring the Company on top.
He believes that the current success of the company is a collective effort of individuals who exerted skills and devoted even their personal time in making the Company’s success as their top priority. To quote “What we are today is a compendium of our previous experiences and interaction and the knowledge we have learned. So, don’t be afraid to take in more responsibility, experience more, interact more and learn more” his advice for EEB employees.

Her passion for HR is driven by her desire not only to serve the best interest of the Company but also to generate a responsive team of motivated and highly engaged employees.
Presently, EEB HR is a work in progress, taking premeditated steps towards achieving improvement that has to be aligned with the current state of EEB business objectives. She is an advocate of change and believes that in order to gain progress and growth, individual should always seek to develop and be a better person than they were before.
Nerish stress that HR is a thankless job, so to overcome frustration, HR must possess pure love and desire to serve each and every individual in the organization. As a People Manager, Nerish firmly believes that HR is not only about development, progress and profit but the main focus of HR should be on the Company’s most important resource…“HUMAN” thus making HR the heart and soul of the organization.
