SAFETY POLICY

The principle of safety and loss control is based on a commitment by the management to prevent injuries to employees and the public, promote conservation of property and control the effect of both on the earning potential of the individual and the Company. It also involved the creation of awareness in each employee of personal responsibility for his/her safety and the safety of other employees.

E. E. Black, Ltd. Shall place nothing above the safety of the employee; therefore, it is the policy of this Company to provide a safe work environment, which shall be maintained, jointly by the Company and all employees. The Company is committed to enforcing a policy, which provides safe equipment, safe working conditions and safe work practices.

This policy shall apply to all employees of E. E. Black, Ltd. And all of its subcontractors.
